Register for STMS Lower School
Registration for the 2022-23 academic year is now OPEN. Use the below form to register students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only accepting students in grades K-2 if they have a sibling enrolled in 3rd grade or higher. Please register if you are in K-2 and would like to be waitlisted and accepted if we still have space.

PARENTAL ROLE: Since STMS is a cooperative organization, one parent of any student registered in the K through 6th grades is required to be present during the school day at St. Philip and assist the Lower School as a volunteer.
